Refers to the NIARISE website, mobile applications, APIs, and all related services, including our matching system and communication tools.

“Services”

Mental health support services provided through our platform, including but not limited to therapy sessions, counseling, crisis intervention, and educational resources.

“Practitioner”

Licensed mental health professionals registered on our platform, including psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, and other qualified mental health providers.

“Client”

Individuals seeking mental health support through our platform, who must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.

“Session”

Any scheduled interaction between a Client and Practitioner, whether conducted virtually or in person through our platform.

4.1 Client Responsibilities

4.2 Practitioner Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate and timely session records
  • •Respect client confidentiality and privacy
  • •Respond to client messages within 24 business hours
  • •Maintain professional liability insurance
  • •Maintain regular availability and update scheduling calendar promptly
  • •Participate in quality assurance reviews and professional development
